Why Declarations are Bloated
Full declaration texts might sound to be intentionally bloated or overcomplicated. And that is true. It was intended. The intention was to make declarations not very easy to reproduce. If declarations were one sentence, everyone could type them in 10 seconds or so. Therefore, the decision was done to artificially expand them to be about 2 minutes to type by the average person. The compact meaning for each declaration is present above the full text. That is what you should read. The full text is what you should write.
